Before you upload any videos to Cayden, you must read and agree to the following rules. These are in place to keep everyone on our platform safe and to ensure we're all following the law.

1. Follow our Acceptable Use Policy

Do not upload any videos that go against our Acceptable Use Policy. This policy outlines what is and isn't allowed on our platform. Breaking these rules can result in your videos being removed and your account being suspended.

2. Get written permission from everyone in your videos

You must have written permission from every person who appears in your videos. This permission needs to specifically cover two things:

• Consent to be filmed: They must agree to be in the videos you've created.
• Consent to be on Cayden: They must also agree that the videos can be shared publicly and uploaded to our platform.

You should keep a copy of this written consent for your records and be prepared to provide it if we ever ask for it.

3. Verify the age and identity of everyone in your videos

It is your responsibility to confirm that everyone in your videos is an adult (18 or older). You need to:

• Verify their identity and age.
• Be prepared to provide proof of this verification if we ever ask for it.

This rule is critical for the safety of our community and helps us ensure that no one under the age of 18 is ever depicted in content on Cayden.
